Economic Development

Copiah-Lincoln Community College, along with the fourteen other community colleges, provides career-technical education and workforce training to the people of Mississippi. Training provides skills needed to get jobs, retain jobs, and to advance in those jobs thus improving the quality of life. As employees’ skills increase, state businesses and industries benefit. We strive to see that participants in our programs have access to documented training which would enable our state to retain, grow, and attract new employers through credentialed employees. See our “Co-Lin District Completer Statistics” from the past three years below. In addition, note the local economic development organizations for your convenience.
