CEU Request Information
All CEU requests must be made within 180 days of completing the course.
Click here to download the CEU request form. Classes that provide 24 hours of training are worth 2.4 CEUs. All lesson quizzes must be completed to receive CEU credit. Upon completing a training course, please submit your form, certificate of completion, and $20.00 CEU fee. Please allow 10 working days to process the CEU certificate. All CEU requests must be made within 180 days of completing the ed2go class. Continuing Education Units are distributed by the Division of Community Programs.
